  • A full or partial advance payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change due to seasonal demand, government taxes, fuel charges, or supplier price changes.

  • Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road closures, or government regulations.

Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair and transparent for all our travelers:

  • 45 Days or more prior to departure: Full Refund (minus any applicable third-party payment gateway or processing fees).

  • 31 to 44 Days prior to departure: No cash refund. However, the amount paid will be converted into a Future Travel Credit. This credit is valid for 1 Year from the date of cancellation and can be fully adjusted toward your next trip with us.

  • 30 Days or less prior to departure: No Refund.

Important Additional Terms:

  • Refund Processing: All approved cash refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances / Weather: If a tour is delayed or canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or sudden government/forest reserve restrictions, travelers will be offered an alternative date or a full Future Travel Credit.

Go4Yatra acts as a travel planner and service coordinator. We are not directly responsible for:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

  • Road accidents or government restrictions

  • Delays due to third-party transport providers

Visitors planning trips to attractions like Valmiki Tiger Reserve, Valmiki Ashram, and the Gandak River must strictly follow all government rules and forest department guidelines.

  • Valmiki Nagar: A valid government ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory for hotel check-ins and safari bookings.

  • Nepal: Indian citizens must carry an original Voter ID card or Passport for border crossing. (Aadhaar is not valid as a standalone travel document for Nepal flights/official permits).

  • Children below 5 years usually stay and travel for free (sharing a bed with parents).

  • Children between 6 to 12 years are charged at special discounted rates.

  • Kids above 12 years are treated as adults.
