Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Go4Yatra (https://go4yatra.com). By accessing our website and booking any travel packages, tours, or services with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Booking & Payments

  • Agreement: By booking a trip with Go4Yatra, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

  • Payment Terms: To confirm a tour, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the day of departure.

  • Pricing: All quotes are subject to availability. Prices may fluctuate due to unforeseen changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange rates (especially for Nepal bookings) before the final payment is received.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 45 Days or more prior to departure: Full Refund (minus any applicable third-party payment gateway or processing fees).

  • 31 to 44 Days prior to departure: No cash refund. However, the amount paid will be converted into a Future Travel Credit. This credit is valid for 1 Year from the date of cancellation and can be fully adjusted toward your next trip with us.

  • 30 Days or less prior to departure: No Refund.

Important Additional Terms:

  • Refund Processing: All approved cash refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances / Weather: If a tour is delayed or canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or sudden government/forest reserve restrictions, travelers will be offered an alternative date or a full Future Travel Credit.

  • IDs & Visas: For trips within India, a valid government ID (Aadhaar, Driving License) is required. For trips to Nepal, Indian citizens must carry a valid Indian Passport or Voter ID card.

  • Responsibility: It is solely the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct documents for border crossings, hotel check-ins, and forest permits. Go4Yatra is not liable for entry denial due to incomplete documentation.

  • Unforeseen Events: Travel is subject to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, political strikes, or natural disasters. Go4Yatra reserves the right to alter, delay, or cancel itineraries for the safety of our guests.

  • No Liability: We will not be responsible for any extra costs (accommodation, meals, transport) incurred due to delays or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip under these circumstances.

  • Physical Fitness: Certain trips (like the Annapurna Base Camp trek) require a good level of physical fitness. Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.

  • Wildlife Guidelines: For safaris (e.g., Valmiki Tiger Reserve), guests must strictly follow the rules set by the Forest Department. Go4Yatra and our guides reserve the right to terminate a guest’s safari without refund if they endanger wildlife or violate park regulations.

  • Go4Yatra acts strictly as an agent/facilitator for third-party vendors (hotels, transporters, airlines).

  • We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, delay, or accident caused by the negligence or default of any third-party service provider.

  • Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance before starting their journey.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to decline or remove any passenger from a tour if their behavior is disruptive, illegal, or compromises the safety and enjoyment of others.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of these terms or services provided by Go4Yatra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valmikinagar/Bettiah, Bihar, India.
